Icelandic Prawns presented on a Chiffonade of Iceberg Lettuce 
with lemon & Sauce Marie Louise.

* Caramalised Cherry Tomato and Fresh Basil Soup

*Tartlett of Button Mushrooms & Buttered Spinach with a
Rich Cream, Pepper and Madeira Sauce.

*Cornish Beef Scaloppini Sautéed with Wild Mushrooms and Fresh Thyme
then Flamed with Cognac and Local Cornish Cream

* Grilled Fillets of Sea Bream with Garlic and Fresh Herb Butter

*Baked Polperro Crab Mornay
Fresh White Crabmeat bound with a classic sauce Mornay
dressed with two cheeses and glazed at the grill.

*Oven Roasted Half of Crispy Duckling
Coated with a Rich Stock of Oranges, Cointreau and Star Anise.

* Nelsons Wild Game Pie with Partridge, Venison and Rabbit slowly cooked
with a rich Madeira and Vegetable Gravy.
